2) Manufacturing location:
Both our Bridgnorth gifts and personalised gifts are produced in house at our print and production facility in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
Payment may be by credit or debit card. Contact us for BACs details if you wish to use this payment method.
4) How to order:
Select the item that you require. For personalised items, attach your artwork/photo and key the text into an email to us. When the order is placed payment will be taken by : debit or credit card. Alternatively you can call us on 01746 761974 and make payment using a credit or debit card by telephone. Once we have confirmation that payment has been made your order can be processed.
Once details of your order are received we will send an order confirmation to you by email.
Personalised items will be proofed with a copy of the proposed artwork being emailed to you.
When your proof is received, please ensure that you check this carefully as once the order is accepted as errors in spelling, grammar or artwork layout cannot be corrected .We require an email goahead from you to confirm that you are happy to go ahead with your order. Email is email@example.com
It is your responsibility to ensure that the:
· Text is correct
· You are happy with the proof and proof crop lines are correct
For Bridgnorth Gifts, select the items you require, we will supply items in line with website details. Every effort has been made to give a clear description of the items that are available. However sometimes minor changes are made due to component stock availability. If any aspect of your order is critical please contact us on 01746 761974.
Bridgnorthprint gifts reserves the right not to accept an order if :
· Payment has not been made
· The content is an any way offensive or contravenes any legal requirements
· If there are any website errors
· If the text or image cannot be supported by our technical team
· A fraudulent transaction may have been made
· The item that you have selected is out of stock.
· Where appropriate, a rejected order will be refunded onto the card where it was processed.
1) Making Changes:
Personalised goods :Once an order has been placed and the proof has been approved we cannot commit to making any further changes to your order and we will plan to go ahead on this basis.
However if you find that you have made an error or need to make any changes please contact us on 01746 761974 during working hours 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday,9am to 1pm on Saturday and our staff will see if we can assist.
Bridgnorth Gifts: If you need to make changes to an order for Bridgnorth Souvenirs please contact us on 01746 761974. Although we cannot commit to any changes, as long as the goods have not yet been despatched, our staff will see whether changes can be made to your order.2) Formats :
Photos or other images :
These should be sent as JPG or PDF files.
Please do not send Word or Powerpoint files. For best results save files as 300 DPI or higher as this will give a high resolution image. A lower resolution will give a pixelated image which may look grainy. We can accept these images but the resulting print quality will be at the customer’s risk.
When you send images or text to us you are agreeing that you own the Intellectual Property for the image, that you have ensured that no copyright or trademark infringements will occur in reproducing these images.
4) Delivery Lead time:
Where items are ordered and artwork approved prior to 1pm, we aim to despatch by first class mail the same day.
Larger orders may take slightly longer depending on production lead time. Once your order is received we will contact you to confirm delivery timing.
Orders will be sent by royal mail first class mail unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery Charges are included.
Prices on the website include VAT at the current UK government rate
6) Delivery, Postage and packing:
Please ensure that you give a full delivery address including postcode for delivery.
Bridgnorth Print gifts cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect address details given.

For personalised Gifts, We can only accept returns if a product is faulty. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods to inform us if there are any issues. Postage for any faulty returns will be paid by Bridgnorth Print at the lowest cost of shipment available at that time.
For non personalised goods. You have 14 days from placement of order within which to return any goods. Where the item is not faulty, postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
9) Data Protection
Bridgnorthprint gifts take data protection very seriously and will only use your information to:
a) process your order
b) contact you to discuss any personalisation
c) provide customer services
We will hold your data to comply with the data protection Act 1998.
Your credit/debit card information is processed by Stripe and protected by data encryption xxxxx and will only be used to take appropriate payment or for refund purposes.
Bridgnorth Print Services are not liable for any losses due to a failure to process any order or transaction which is submitted via this site.
